Police search for 16-year-old DC girl critically missing for days

WASHINGTON (ABC7) — 

Police are searching for a 16-year-old D.C. girl who has been critically missing since Thursday.

D.C. Police say that Monee Abney was last seen in the 1600 block of 16th Street, SE at around 8 a.m.

Police describe Abney as standing 5' 3" tall and weighing 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red shirt with khaki pants and black shoes.

Authorities are asking anyone with information on Abney to call police at either the Youth and Family Services division at 202-576-6768 or the Command Information Center at 202-727-9099.
